The Green Room is furnished with a Queen-sized bed. It has a large private bath adjoining. The antique bath tub has a handheld shower. A private balcony is accessed from the bath and is a delightful place to relax and enjoy views of the back yard and park.
The Blue Room is furnished with twin beds and its adjoining bath features a luxurious shower. Laundry facilities are available.

An upstairs sitting room is shared by both rooms and is a place to watch television, view videotapes, write letters, or work on a project (DVDs may be viewed downstairs in the sunroom).
